Everything that is exchanged during the coaching sessions will remain confidential. An updated NDA between you and Accenture will be available for signing if you want to.

The module is currently planned for 2 hours coaching with a subject matter advisor. If you see that you would like to get more coaching, please reach out to us.

When you have signed up for the module, you are expected to participate in all sessions (the kick-off, the 2 coaching sessions and the digest and share back-session) with a selected topic and at least one prepared key question you would like to discuss during your coaching sessions.

The coaching sessions are between your individual organisation and the coach, while the kick-off and share-back sessions are between all GCA alumni participating in the booster module.

You can bring as many team members as you want for the coaching sessions to participate in a concentrated discussion with your coach. The recommended amount of participants from your organisation is 1 - 5 persons.

The alumni booster module is currently only offered during the Jan-April of 2024. Depending on future interest from you, we can of course investigate if the module can make a comeback.

We know that many of you are continuing on your unique trajectories and still have needs of support in different forms. This is a first time test of support in the shape of coaching sessions, and if this is high in demand we will explore more opportunities, just as with all activities in the accelerator and alumni support alumni days. We also hope to give you that extra kick before the in NYC 17 - 19 April.
